Columbus police say an officer working undercover was stabbed and wounded and an armed female suspect was shot and killed by officers Thursday.
Police responded to a report of an officer in trouble near Bellows and South Yale Avenues. The officer working on prostitution complaints attempted to take the suspect into custody when authorities say an "altercation" occurred. Names and other information have not been released.
