A Marion man was shot and wounded by police yesterday during what authorities say was a domestic violence incident.
Police say 33-year-old Matthew Lust shot his wife at his home after being treated for suicidal tendencies, then exchanged gunfire with officers. Lust's wife is also hospitalized. Their conditions and further details have yet to be released.
