Two State Prison Inmates Charged In Separate Knife Attacks

Prosecutors have charged two inmates in separate knife attacks at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville that wounded one guard and injured four prisoners handcuffed to a table.

Casey Pigge and Greg Reinke have been indicted in the February 20 attack. Pigge earlier boasted about strangling a fellow inmate on a prison van. Reinke is also accused of stabbing the four inmates in a different attack last year after he slipped out of handcuffs.
