Sherrod Brown Wins Third U.S. Senate Term

Democratic U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio defeated Republican challenger Jim Renacci on Tuesday for a third term in office. 

Brown won 53 percent of the vote, while Renacci won 47 percent of the vote. Brown has backed President Trump's moves on steel tariffs and renegotiating trade agreements. Renacci called Brown a liberal out of touch with Ohio values.
