Protests Over Sessions' Firing Held In Columbus, Westerville and Other Cities

nydailynews.com

An estimated 80 people held a protest at Westerville City Hall Thursday against President Trump's firing of Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

They want to see Congress take steps to protect the investigation of independent counsel Robert Mueller. They note that no one is above the law, including the president. Nearly 500 people staged a similar demonstration in Columbus Thursday, marching from Bicentennial Park to Republican U.S. Senator Rob Portman's Office. The rallies were among dozens held Thursday around the country, organized by the group MoveOn.org
