Supporters of Democratic U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio have launched a committee to draft him to run for president in 2020.
Cleveland attorney Michael Wager and Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley are heading the effort. Community events and digital organizing are planned and a website is operational. Brown is among dozens of Democrats who are considering a presidential run.
