A 15th wrongful-death lawsuit has been filed against Mount Carmel Health System and the now-fired doctor under investigation for ordering fatal doses of pain medications for dozens of patients.
The case over the September death of 58-year-old Donald McClung alleges he was given a lethal dose of Dilaudid. Many of the lawsuits allege patientsreceived lethal doses of fentanyl ordered by William Husel. His attorneys aren't commenting.
