Franklin County Municipal Court Judge Amy Salerno is being disciplined a second time for misconduct.
The Ohio Supreme Court's disciplinary branch says Salerno is receiving a stayed one-year suspension of her law license, which could be revoked if she fails to complete ethics training. Salerno was found guilty of failing to impartially follow the law and engaging in improper communications with a defense attorney. She was reprimanded in 2015 for yelling at a jury for reaching what she felt was the wrong verdict.
