Former State Lawmaker Pleads Not Guilty To Corruption Charges

Former Democratic State Representative Clayton Luckie has pleaded not guilty to federal fraud charges related to contracts with the City of Dayton. 

Luckie is among four people indicted in a federal probe of alleged corruption in Dayton government. He allegedly devised a fraudulent scheme to take advantage of programs offered to help disadvantaged businesses by offereing his firm as a front for another company to win public contracts.
