Columbus voters Tuesday approved a series of bond issues that will generate more than one billion dollars for capital improvements and 50 million to fund an affordable housing strategy.
Gahanna voters approved a one percent income tax hike after rejecting a similar measure in November. School money issues in the Canal Winchester, Delaware, Licking Heights, Northfork, Northridge, Lancaster, Walunt Township, Pleasant, River Valley, Union-Scioto, Bellfontaine and West Liberty-Salem districts were approved. An issue in Amanda-Clearcreek district and the combined tax and bond issue in the Groveport-Madison district was rejected.
