The Ohio Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal by the Women's Med Center in Dayton.
At issue is the clinic's inability to secure the waiver and written transfer agreement with a nearby hospital as required under Ohio's increasingly stringent abortion laws. The Ohio Department of Health revoked the clinic's license in April after a lower court upheld the order . A Montgomery County court blocked the revocation while the clinic appeals.
