A fifth lawsuit has been filed against Mount Carmel Health System following the Legionnaires' Disease outbreak at its Grove City hospital.
Ronald Biegler says he contracted the disease at the hospital last May. The outbreak sickened more than a dozen patients, one of whom later died. Mount Carmel said inadequate disinfecting of the hot water system may have contributed to the outbreak.
