The trial for the Bellefontaine woman accused of suffocating her three young sons has been delayed again, this time from September to January 9.
A Logan County judge postponed the trial of Britany Pilkington to allow time to consider defense arguments the 26-year-old has intellectual deficiencies and should be ineligible to face the death penalty. Pilkington has pleaded not guilty.
