Opponents of Ohio's nuclear plant bailout law are ending their attempt to overturn it.
Ohioans Against Corporate Bailouts has filed a motion in federal court to dismiss its appeal, saying they lack the money for a legal fight. The group had wanted more time to get the issue on the ballot.
