Federal prosecutors say a member of a Columbus crips gang has pleaded guilty to his role in the fatal shooting of a 7-year-old boy in March of 2016.
22-year-old Terrell Hansard pleaded guilty to participating in a racketeering conspiracy, conspiring to traffic drugs and murder in aid of racketeering in the death of 7-year-old De’Ontae Fisher. The boy was killed in an exchange of gunfire outside of an East 5th Avenue convenience store. The shooter, 22-year-old Marctarius Grace, is serving a life sentence.
