State health officials say flu-related hospitalizations continue to rise.
The Ohio Department of Health says hospitalizations for the week of February 2 rose 19 percent from the previous week, with nearly 1 thosuand hospitalizations. There have been nearly 5,500 hospitalizations since the official start of the flu season September 29, more than double the number during the same period last season.
