Mount Carmel Health System says it plans to turn a closed store in Reynoldsburg into a freestanding emergency department.
The 10.2 million dollar facility should open by the end of year at 2300 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road. The site is within three miles of two emergency rooms operated by OhioHealth.
