The Sandusky County Republican Party has appointed a new county prosecutor.
Maumee Law Director Beth Tischler takes over for Tim Braun, who resigned last month amid a sexual misconduct scandal. Tischler must run for election in November. Zach Selvey had been prosecutor on an interim basis.
