ohiolodging.com

The restrictions being put on this weekend's Arnold Sports Festival will affect the local economy.

The Ohio Hotel and Lodging Association says it will impact hotels and the organizations that benefit from the local hotel-motel tax.  The festival leads to the booking of 18-thousand rooms annually and a 53-million dollar economic impact. This week the city's tourism and marketing organization  said 2019 was  a record-breaking year for the number of events, tourists, and rooms booked.
