Two Former Columbus Vice Cops Now Facing Federal Charges

Columbus Division of Police

Federal authorities have arrested and charged two former Columbus police vice officers with wire fraud and civil rights violations.

Steve Rosser and Whitney Lancaster allegedly conducted unlawful searches and seizures and double billed the city while working off-duty. Rosser allegedly fought a man outside a strip club called Nick's Cabaret in 2015 and later created a false report  against him. The duo allegedly searched the owner of The Dollhouse strip club without a warrant and double billed for special duty hours they worked at the Fort Rapids Indoor Water Park and resort. They were fired earlier this year for their roles in the arrest of porn star Stormy Daniels.
