Ohio Senate Rejects Bill To Limit Future Public Health Orders

The Ohio Senate has rejected a house-passed measure to limit the powers of the governor and state health director in issuing health orders. 

It would have allowed orders to last no more than 14-days before being evaluated by a committee.   Governor Mike DeWine had said he would veto the bill.
