Police brutality protests in Columbus Thursday featured no arrests and no reports of property damage.
There also were peaceful protests in Hilliard and Pickerington last night. Curfews are being lifted in other Ohio cities, but the one in Columbus remains in effect indefinitely. The City of Columbus is investigating social media claims that a 22-year-old woman died after being exposed to police tear gas during a protest. City officials say they do not have a record of paramedics taking Sarah Grossman to a hospital on May 30, and the Montgomery County Coroner's office is handling the autopsy. Grossman's sister is among those discussing her death on social media.
