Columbus Mayor Andy Ginther says he plans to fully investigate after police officers apparently maced a double-amputee during Sunday's police brutality protest downtown.
A widely-circulated video shows the man on the ground with his prosthetic legs a short distance away as onlookers cry for help. Less than a week ago, Ginther prohibited the use of tear gas and pepper spray against protestors, but in a tweet Sunday said their use was "appropriate" given the situation.
