A Franklin County judge has ruled the Columbus man charged with beating and killing his wife in 2019 is incompetent to stand trial.
Henry Evans allegedly killed Dorothy Cage-Evans at their home. Evans has been ordered committed to a mental health facility. Authorities have not disclosed a possible motive in the case.
