A New Franklin bar and two establishments in central Ohio have been cited for failing to follow Ohio's COVID-19 restrictions.
State regulators cited the Upper Deck in New Franklin over the weekend for violating social distancing regulations. Bella Doma Party House in Whitehall was cited for having 40 people inside drinking alcoholic beverages after the state's 10pm curfew. Winkin Willys in Washington Court House was also cited for violating curfew. The bars face a fine and the possible loss of their liquor licenses.
