Federal authorities have broken up a drug trafficking operation in Marion.
Prosecutors say 43 people have been arrested in connection with the organization that sold cocaine, crack, heroin and fentanyl in the area for more than four years. The arrests are the result of an investigation started in October 2015. Further arrests are possible as the investigation continues.
