The Dublin man who struck and killed a bicyclist in Upper Arlington last year has been sentenced to four years' probation. Vincent DePalma was also fined five thousand dollars after pleading guilty to fatally striking Kurtis Tunnell near Walker Road. Tunnell once served as Chief Counsel for the late Governor George Voinovich.
