State Reports Computer Glitch Affecting PUA Recipients

A computer glitch at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services may have exposed the personal information of people collecting a type of unemployment benefit.  The department Monday described the problem as a "vulnerability" and says there was no indication the database had been hacked.  The majority of the people involved were receiving Pandemic Unemployment Assistance. The department will provide identity theft protection for the people affected.
