A judge has rejected a request for early release from prison by a former Ohio State University diving club coach. William Bohonyi cited health issues and the COVID-19 pandemic. The judge instead reduced the sentence from four years in prison to six months in a community-based correctional facility for treatment before serving up to five years' probation. Bohonyi was convicted of having sex with an underage diver.
