The father of former Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott pleaded not guilty Wednesday to 21 charges in connection with an exotic cat he allegedly owned.
Authorities shot and killed the serval allegedly belonging to Stacy Elliott in October in Canal Winchester after it attacked a neighbor's dog.
