On July 18th, Congress approved President Trump's rescission request to strip away federal funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. WCBE will lose 10% of our operating budget as a result. Begin giving today to help us plan for the future of our station.
Some key impacts of the shutdown have been pushed back by moves by the Trump administration. But those efforts are temporary, and the pain could spread depending on how long the stalemate lasts.
