Our dark and unfiltered wheat bier has a dark-roasted malt base with the fruitiness of our hefeweizen. A brew so well-balanced that both wheat-bier and dark-bier drinkers will love!

It's paired with our flavorful Schweinbraten!

Slices of tender, slow-cooked Pork Roast, covered with rich, Bier Gravy and served with a Vegetable Garnish, Sauerkraut and Mashed Potatoes.

Mike Farrenkopf kicks the party off with LIVE MUSIC at 6:00PM...the keg tapping parade starts at 7:00PM!
