The University of Toledo is one of four U.S. colleges under investigation for its handling of a sexual assault case. The Title Ix and Clery Act complaints have been filed with the U.S. Department of Education on behalf of alleged student victims by an advocacy group called End Rape On Campus. The alleged victim in the University of Toledo case says her rapist was found guilty through a school code of conduct process, but was punished with a 25-dollar fine.
