The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed restricted free agent center Ryan Johansen to a 3 year, 12 million dollar contract. The 22-year old led the team goals, points, and multi-point games last season. Normally quiet about team contracts and finances, the front office took the unusual step of publicly posturing when contract negotiations broke down before the start of training camp.
