Cleveland Police Claim Use Of Force Cases Have Declined

Cleveland city officials say the police department is reducing use-of-force cases. Officials say the use of so-called "less lethal force" has been cut by more than half from nearly 900 incidents in 2006. Police officials define less lethal force as use of tasers, pepper spray and bodily force. Cleveland has garnered national attention for a spate of officer-involved shootings over the last two years.
