The Franklin County Board of Elections says 64-thousand of the more than 106-thousand petition signatures collected by a group seeking to put a marijuana legalization measure before the voters are invalid. Officials say the invalid signatures collected by the group ResponsibleOhio were not registered or did not have a valid address. The group wants to put its measure on the statewide ballot this fall.
