The white 911 caller who alerted police to a rifle-toting black man at a Beavercreek store could face criminal charges. A Greene County judge has found probable cause to charge Ronald Ritchie with making false alarms. Ritchie told police he saw John Crawford III point an assault rifle at children in the store in 2014. Responding officers who shot and killed Crawford found the gun was a toy. The judge says the call did not match store security camera video.
