Republican Lancaster Mayor Brian Kuhn has pleaded not guilty to charges of failing to file a state tax return. He's free on bond, and continues resisting calls from Fairfield County Republican leaders to resign. Kuhn's wife will be sentenced next month for her role in two theft cases. Kuhn took office in January.
