A Franklin County judge has ordered Ohio's largest online charter school operator to turn over attendance data to the Ohio Department of Education by 5 p.m. today. The department wants the records to complete an attendance audit which will help determine the amount of state funding the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow - or ECOT - receives. It's the second court ruling against ECOT since it sued the state last month to block the audit. ECOT officials have yet to comment on this judicial order.
