The former head of a red light camera company has been sentenced to 14 months in prison for bribing current and former Columbus elected officials.  Former Redflex CEO Karen Finley pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bribery.  Finley admitted to funneling campaign contributions to city officials, including Mayor Andy Ginther, in order to obtain and maintain a municipal contract.  The company's lobbyist, John Raphael, is already in prison for his role in the scheme.
