Koch Brothers Group Launches Ohio Get-Out-The-Vote Effort

A conservative group funded by the multi-billionaire Koch Brothers is launching a get-out-the-vote effort in Ohio aimed at electing Republican candidates. Americans for Prosperity's campaign includes phone calls, mailers and door knocks by more than 200 unpaid volunteers. Progressive groups say they've put together a coordinated campaign to mobilize the former "Obama coalition" in favor of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. It plans to reach out to college-age voters with text messages, digital ads and events.
