The Franklin County Dog Shelter is waiving all adoption fees on Saturday as part of the national event called “Clear the Shelters”, designed to encourage more families adopt dogs. The 123 dollar adoption fee is being waived on Saturday, but not the 18 dollar fee for a dog license.
