Local Shelter Full Of Canines Spooked By Fireworks

The Franklin County Dog Shelter is full after the Fourth of July holiday.  Officials say 100 stray dogs were picked up, and many  ran away after being spooked by fireworks.  Strays without identification are typically held for three days before the adoption process begins.
