The Columbus Police firearms review board has cleared two officers of wrongdoing for shooting and wounding the so-called "Buckeye Bandit." The board says last year's shooting of Ikechi Emeaghara by Lieutenant Eric David and Sergeant James Sheehan was within procedure. The board says the two opened fire when Emeaghara pointed a gun at them while fleeing a bank robbery.
