The Columbus police firearms review board has cleared two officers of wrongdoing in the shooting of a convicted cop killer. The board says Lieutenant Paul Ohl and Officer Glenn Thivener were justified in shooting Lincoln Rutledge last year. Rutledge had just shot Officer Steve Smith during a confrontation at his estranged wife's home. Rutledge is serving a life sentence.
