The Columbus police firearms review board says three officers acted within division policy when they fatally shot a man who allegedly killed a couple and their 7-year-old son. A grand jury previously declined to indict the officers involved in the confrontation with 50-year-old Barry Kirk in November 2015. It's not clear when the board last found any officer involved in a fatal shooting committed any wrongdoing.
