Democratic Columbus City Council member Mike Stinziano on Tuesday formally announced he will run for Franklin County Auditor this year.
He will oppose incumbent Republican Clarence Mingo. Stinziano says he wants to use technology to modernize the office in order to make it more efficient. Mingo says his office is the most modern in the state.
