The owner of an undeveloped parcel of land in the Arena District considered a possible site for a new soccer stadium for the Columbus Crew SC says he would be willing to negotiate a sale.
Martin Savko of Savko and Sons owns one of two possible site locations. Major League Soccer officials and the Savkos say discussions are in the very early stages and no formal process of negotiations have begun.
