Voters on Tuesday picked Republican Troy Balderson over Democratic Franklin County Recorder Danny O'Connor in the 12th Congressional district.
Balderson will serve a full term, after being elected in August to serve the remainder of the term of the retired Pat Tiberi. O'Connor was considered a long shot in the district, held by Republicans for nearly 35 years.
