The publisher of a Worthington-based neo-Nazi website says he refuses to return to the U.S. to be deposed in a lawsuit accusing him of unleashing an anti-Semitic "troll storm" against a Montana real estate agent's family.
Andrew Anglin of the Daily Stormer website claims it's too dangerous. A federal magistrate judge ruled last Friday he must be present for a deposition by Tanya Gersh's attorneys. Anglin says in an email he is unwilling to be deposed, and says attorneys refuse to meet him abroad or question him remotely because they want him to be harmed. Gersh is represented by attorneys for the Southern Poverty Law Center.
